Budapest Scientologists Celebrate 10 Years on Váci Road

Around 500 members of Hungary’s Scientology community came together to mark the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road.

Dedicated in July 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become a home for Scientology religious services and community programmes. The anniversary included a religious service, live music, a photographic and news european commission video retrospective and plans for the next decade.

Since opening its doors, the Budapest church has also hosted drug-prevention conferences, human-rights events, humanitarian meetings and interfaith dialogue. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
